ESI Due date of February 2020 further extended to 15th May 2020

• Further Extension of ESI Contribution due date for the Month of February 2020 till 15th May, 2020
• Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), letter no. P-11/14/Misc./1/2019-Rev. dated 13.04.2020 has Further extended for the month of February 2020 up to 15th May, 2020.

Earlier Provision: Due date on which ESI Contribution for the month of February 2020 can be filed and paid up to 15th April 2020.

Conclusion:

The ESI Contribution for the Month of February, 2020, can be filed and paid up to 15th May, 2020 instead of earlier extended period of 15th April, 2020.
